How Much Styling Do I Need At My Wedding?

Knowing which areas to style at your wedding venue can be super overwhelming and we’re here to help.

Your venue may already have some lovely styled areas and you should utilise those on your day. Other venues may be a completely blank canvas which is great because you can style it however you wish to. I have outlined below the areas which need to be considered for styling and have broken them down into categories.

FYI: The registrar table is always forgotten about and will be right on the aisle with you!

OBVIOUS areas which most people book a stylist for are: Table styling e.g. centrepieces, top table styling, ceremony/aisle styling

POPULAR areas to style are: Registrar table, welcome area or sign, extra tables such as cake table, memory table, sweet table and many couples also opt for some kind of backdrop

EXTRA areas which you may want to style are: Staircases, entrances such as the main doors where the guests will enter, floor areas such as in front of the registrar table or surrounding signage, other tables which are in your reception room, evening area

I hope this was helpful and gave you something to think about. Remember, this is your big day and you should spend your budget how you feel is best!

As always, if you’re still looking for a stylist, I’d love to hear from you. I take a limited number of bookings throughout the year so don’t wait too long to get in touch!
